Skyway City: Over LaSalle Avenue (1) In the Propylaeum. Nikon N80, Nikon Nikkor 45mm f/2.8 P, #8 (K2) yellow filter. Fomapan 200 developed in Diafine.

 

I had to look that word up, propylaeum. Here is another kind of downtown Minneapolis response to weather. Cover the sidewalk from the tower to the street. It keeps the snow and ice and rain away from the front entrance. This one has a skyway going through it. A nice perch for making a photograph.
